1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 7bet11 website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Important: 7bet11 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3 Account Registration
To access the full features of the 7bet11 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account
registration and maintenance:
- You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 7bet11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.

Account information must match the name on your registered payment method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.). Mismatches may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
7bet11 supports Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) transactions through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso.
Deposits:
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.
- 7bet11 does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your 7bet11 wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 7bet11 account.
- Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.

- Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
- 7bet11 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Anti-Money Laundering: 7bet11 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. All deposits must represent funds from legitimate sources.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, 7bet11 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:
- Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms and conditions.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

- Each game has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
- Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

11 Account Suspension & Termination
7bet11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
- Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of any applicable verification procedures.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7bet11 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
